I have provided legal analysis and negotiating advice, and often negotiated on behalf
of, clients purchasing communications services and equipment on a national or
international basis.  These clients have ranged from Fortune 50 companies to
Washington, D.C. based trade associations. Several of these projects have involved
Web-based components.

I have also represented a variety of clients - including VOIP and long distance
resellers, broadband equipment manufacturers and applications services providers -
in structuring and documenting business arrangements with carriers, Web content
providers and Web infrastructure providers.
